#2 Roderick Strong vs The Velveteen Dream (NXT North American Championship)
One of the best in-ring technicians in the company at the moment, it took Roderick Strong a long time to find his footing in NXT.
The former ROH standout wandered around for the majority of his initial run in NXT and it wasn't until he joined forces with The Undisputed Era that the Messiah of the Backbreaker truly came out of his own.
Strong has been a force to reckon with in NXT since and has delivered in both singles and tag team competition, time and time again.
Strong has set sights on the North American Championship for a while now. He was robbed of the title at Takeover: Toronto where current champion, The Velveteen Dream, stole his pin attempt on Pete Dunne to regain the Championship. But from the looks of it, it seems like the Strong-Dream feud is far from over.
The Velveteen Dream is far too talented to be stuck in the NA title scene forever and it's about time he moved on to bigger and better things.
Strong, on the other hand, has more than ready to win the title and build on the legacy of NXT'S secondary Championship.
