#2 Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler will win the RAW Tag Team Championships

Will another odd-couple team become champions?

In a match of two makeshift teams, the team of Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler will take on the RAW Tag Team Champions Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins, who is also Universal Champion.

Strowman and Rollins won the tag team titles from The OC after Strowman saved Rollins from a beatdown at the hands of The OC and AJ Styles. Rollins returned the favor a week later and the rest is history. To add fuel to the fire, Strowman will also be challenging Rollins for the Universal Championship later in the night. Roode and Ziggler were a thrown together team as well and won a tag team turmoil match.

While it was a strange and unpopular decision to take the tag titles off of the OC, it was even stranger decision to put them on two main eventers who won’t be a long-term team and have a Universal title match later in the night. With that being said, even if they are a random team, Roode and Ziggler have the potential to be a good tag team and it gives them something to do.

It is almost a certainty that Roode and Ziggler are going to win the belts this Sunday. However, the question is will Rollins or Strowman turn heel in this match leading up to their Universal title bout later in the night? The most likely scenario is that Strowman and Rollins have some sort of miscommunication which leads to one of them getting pinned and a heated backstage discussion.
