#1 Baron Corbin avenges the previous attack by Chad Gable
Baron Corbin wrote his name in the history books, becoming this year's King of the Ring winner. The RAW finalist secured his throne last week when he beat SmackDown's Chad Gable comprehensively.
The final match wasn't the last confrontation between Corbin and Gable, as they met again the following night on SmackDown Live. Corbin showed up to celebrate his King of the Ring victory with a royal coronation ceremony. The Lone Wolf bragged in a decorated ring with the King of the Ring throne, but Chad Gable cut his victory celebration short. The SmackDown Live Superstar sent a strong message to Corbin, wrecking everything in his path.
Judging by their segment from last week, the two King of Ring finalists are likely to have an intense feud. If the two Superstars lock horns at Hell in a Cell, Gable will be aiming to take revenge for his King of the Ring loss. Gable, however ruined Corbin's special night.
