3 Things WWE could be planning on the RAW before TLC - Interference in the title match, New tag team

The final week before TLC has arrived, and WWE should announce the final match card of the pay-per-view this week. While SmackDown announced three new matches last week, RAW is expected to do the same, considering the Red Brand is yet to confirm a match for the upcoming pay-per-view.

RAW had several exciting matches last week, as some underutilized Superstars were given the opportunity to perform. Winning the United States Championship two weeks ago, Rey Mysterio will defend his title for the first time on RAW, giving AJ Styles a rematch. Moreover, Lana and Rusev are scheduled to finalize their divorce on the Red Brand this week.

In this article, we discuss three things WWE could be planning on the final RAW before heading to TLC.

#3 Randy Orton interrupts the US Championship match

Rey Mysterio has revived himself after his feud with Brock Lesnar. Despite losing to Lesnar at Survivor Series, Mysterio made a statement and won the US Championship two weeks ago on RAW. However, the reigning United States Champion has a big task this week, as he will put the title on the line against AJ Styles, who will receive his rematch.

After turning face, Randy Orton has been impressive and he interfered the match between Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles last week, which helped Mysterio take home the gold. While it was likely the beginning of a feud between Styles and Orton, the two developed the rivalry more last week, attacking each other on different occasions. With that in mind, Orton could influence the outcome of the United States Championship match again this week.

Being a heel, Styles is likely to receive help from Gallows and Anderson, who have assisted 'The Phenomenal One' in winning several big matches. 'The Viper' could be the one to prevent Gallows and Anderson from getting involved in the US Championship match, and he might even help Mysterio retain the belt.

#2 Kevin Owens agrees to team up with Seth Rollins to take on AOP at TLC

As Survivor Series came to its conclusion, the tension went up between two former Universal Champions, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens. The two men not only had a verbal confrontation in each of the past two episodes of RAW, but also put their hands on each other. The storyline could progress further on the Red Brand this week.

Owens confronted Rollins on the RAW after Survivor Series, giving the latter a Stunner and subsequently fighting him in the main event. With the involvement of AOP in this rivalry, it has become all the more exciting, leading to a possible heel turn for 'The Beastslayer.' Refusing to have any association with AOP, Rollins wanted to team up against the former RAW Tag Team Champions last week, but Owens refused.

While Kevin Owens didn't agree to join hands with Rollins last week, he could change his mind this week, setting up a tag team match against AOP at TLC. Given Rollins is hinting at a heel turn, it could finally happen at TLC, if he teams up with Owens. After betraying Owens at TLC, Rollins could find new allies in AOP, and officially turn to the dark side.

#1 Charlotte Flair finds a new partner in Becky Lynch

Since the Women's Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series, RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch has been surprisingly absent from the Red Brand, including last week. It is certain that Lynch will not put her belt on the line at TLC, yet she could get the opportunity of competing in a title match if Charlotte Flair chooses 'The Man' as her tag team partner at TLC.

The Kabuki Warriors have been engaged in a rivalry with Charlotte Flair for a while, but the latter has found herself alone in this feud against the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions. While 'The Queen' was beaten by Asuka two weeks ago, the champions took advantage of the numbers game last week, winning a Handicap Match against Charlotte.

Becky Lynch and Charlotte already wrestled The Kabuki Warriors a few weeks ago on RAW, and a rematch could take place at TLC, considering Charlotte doesn't have any better option as a tag team partner than the RAW Women's Champion. Even though the duo lost their previous bout against Kairi Sane and Asuka, the result could turn out to be different in a rematch.
