3 things WWE must do after the Bret Hart incident

It was a night of all smiles and glitter until the unthinkable happened. Bret Hart was with his niece, Natalya, giving a speech on inducting The Hart Foundation into the WWE Hall Of Fame.

As Bret Hart was speaking, a fan sneaked through the security and stormed into the ring. This created a stir amongst fans and WWE Superstars alike because the attack was not a work, and no one was prepared for it.

Thanks to the quick effort by the superstars at ringside, the assailant was captured and has been charged according to Federal laws. While this wasn't the first incident where fans entered the arena and stormed the ring, it definitely raises concerns, as with the PG era, things have changed.

The company now has strict rules for any match and event, however, this issue with security raises a lot of concerns. I know we can't cry over spilled milk, but in an attempt to avoid concerns in the future, these are few things the company can do to create a seamless experience.

#3 The stage is a better idea than the ring

Let's face it, the company decided to change the way they used to do the WWE Hall of Fame event, and it resulted in Bret Hart being attacked by an assailant. This didn't work out well for the WWE, and it is best the company changes the design, because a stage will be better.

With the time taken to cross places from the fan area to the ramp and the stage, there will be no opportunity for anyone to attack those that put their bodies, their careers, and their lives on the line to entertain millions and millions of people worldwide every week on Raw and SmackDown.

#2 Security around the stage

Don't repent
Don't repent

If the assaulter can storm from the fan area to the stage, the best way to stop them from attacking any WWE Superstar is by surrounding the area with security. While such instances are few these days, and people understand that the show isn't real, it is a possibility that such an issue may not happen, but it is a good idea to prevent and prepare than repent and repair later.

A sob story wouldn't be a good idea for the company, as it would make headlines and also put the company in hot water, which is something the company will not want at any cost.

Vince and Triple H are geniuses and know how to take care of concerns, so we hope that they take this into consideration and ensure the well being of those that work for them at all costs through effective measures.

#1 Agreement

While we all have our own reasons to either go for or against this point, the fact of the matter is to put things into perspective. If the WWE begins a contract or agreement that stops the fans from putting their hands on anyone in the case of an ugly event, these things can be curbed.

A financial charge or penalty can be charged by the company against people getting involved in such an act. This will be a way to tell the fans to stay in line, and enjoy the action, cheer for the wrestlers, but leave the action to them.

They are there to enjoy the event, and not become a part of the event by physically provoking or attacking the wrestlers in any shape or form. It would put things into perspective, and the wrestlers would feel safe performing for the fans in such a scenario.
