While legendary pro wrestler Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat might not be the biggest name to the mainstream, he's someone who would be a perfect fit for All Elite Wrestling.
If you're going to have a company that prides itself of having five-star matches with a sports-based presentation, then having someone like Ricky Steamboat as a part of the company makes all the sense in the world, as he was one of the best to ever do it inside the squared-circle.
Obviously at this point, Steamboat wouldn't be an in-ring performer. But, in addition to an occasional appearance on television, he could play a pivotal role backstage in helping advance the skills of some of the more inexperienced wrestlers in AEW's roster.
So don't be surprised if, at some point, we see Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat show up in AEW to help the company and its talent go to the next level.
