Former WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella was in a relationship with WWE Superstar John Cena for many years. The latter famously proposed to her at WrestleMania 33 and the two got engaged. However, things didn't work out well between the couple and they separated in April 2018, just a month before their planned marriage.
Since January 2019, Nikki Bella has been dating Russian dancer Artem Chigvintsev. The two got engaged in January 2020 and later that month, Nikki announced her pregnancy. On July 31, 2020, she gave birth to their son, Matteo Artemovich Chigvintsev.
Last year, Nikki Bella spoke about her marriage plans being postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, stating that she wanted the world to be in a better place first.
“I want to make sure the world is in such a clear space. The day I get married, I just want a massive party. I want a bash. I want everything I’ve dreamed of,” said Nikki Bella.
Earlier this year, on the season six finale of Total Bellas, Nikki announced that she and Chigvintsev are getting married on Thanksgiving later this year.
"We have an announcement to make. We are going to be getting married the weekend of Thanksgiving 2021," said Nikki Bella.
As for her WWE career, Nikki Bella was recently inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame alongside her twin sister Brie Bella. The two have since spoke about returning to the ring and possibly challenging for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.
