Whilst it should be stressed that this is just a rumor at present, Austin Theory was reportedly suspended from WWE last month.
The former NXT star had been appearing on the main roster alongside Murphy and Seth Rollins in their feud with Rey Mysterio for some time before he was found among the stars who were named in the #SpeakingOut campaign.

Since the day his name was mentioned, Theory has been missing from WWE TV with the most recent reports suggesting that the star has been suspended.
Theory last appeared on WWE TV back in June and hasn't even been spotted backstage over the past month. Rollins and Murphy have continued their storyline on RAW and there has been no mention of the WWE star or his absence.
Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the star has been suspended so at present it is unknown what the future holds for the former(?) disciple of Seth Rollins. There are no reports suggesting how long Theory has been suspended for at present either.
