Daniel Bryan was forced to announce his retirement from WWE back in 2016, and given his popularity at the time, WWE allowed the former Champion to make a speech on RAW.

Many members of the WWE roster were on the ramp for the speech and headed to the back as the show came to a close before Titus O'Neil was spotted amongst the scuffle.
It was later revealed that O'Neil put his hands on Vince McMahon when he was requesting the WWE Chairman to allow Stephanie to exit the ring area first. O'Neil was suspended for 60 days for his actions.
The former Tag Team Champion acknowledged his suspension in an interview with Justin Sarachik after it was revealed that the original punishment was meant to last for 90 days but was later reduced.
I always believe in all things there's always positives in it. I made a mistake at an inopportune time. Regardless if it was too harsh or overreacting or whatever people have deemed it, it all stems from my mistake. Whether I agree with it or not, I am owning it. I'm doing what I'd normally do in any other situation.
