Cross-brand competition could take you places

WWE is a global phenomenon and has been responsible for transcending generations with its promotional strategy and weekly content. The company is all set for WrestleMania 34 and while the fans seem legitimately excited about the PPV, there are still some superstars that have been sidelined courtesy of no productive storylines and if there's a way the company can book these superstars in a marquee setup is by having some blockbuster cross-brand matches, that would display them in an inimitable manner.

Here are 4 cross-brand matches that would rock WrestleMania 34

#4 Charlotte Vs Asuka for the SmackDown Women's Championship

A queen. An Empress. A Dream Match.

Well, talk about dream matches in the Women's division and this blockbuster bout comes to mind considering how successfully they have taken over this business. Ever since Asuka debuted on the main roster, the fans have wanted her to compete against the Queen in a one-on-one match since both the superstars are admired & applauded for their in-ring technicality.

After winning the Royal Rumble, there is an excitement among the fans who are speculating that this sensational feud comes to life at 'the Grandest Stage of Them All'. There's no confirmation regarding the match but, if there's a momentous time for this match to happen, then it is now.

#3 Brother Nero & Woken Matt Hardy Vs Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens

This has blockbuster written all over it

There's no denying the fact that the Hardy Boyz will be forever remembered as the most iconic team in professional wrestling history but, the 'Broken' gimmick has taken them one step further in creating a new dimension, that has made them more popular than ever. These two could be available for WrestleMania and with the inclusion of Brother Nero on Raw, the duo can rule the place for good. WWE's plan must be to push these two to the moon and a cross-brand match with Sami & Kevin could be the best option.

Both the teams are well versed with the in-ring technicality and the character required to pull off a classic match at 'the Grandest Stage of Them All'. It would be a visual delight to see these two teams compete which would not only be the right direction for the Broken gimmick but, would also elevate Kevin & Sami to a marquee match. WWE must capitalize on the friendship of Sami & Kevin and book this blockbuster match at 'the Show of Shows'. Expect a beautiful poetry in motion amalgamated with hard-hitting in-ring performances.

#2 Finn Balor Vs Randy Orton

Sensational to say the least

This is a dream match for the legions of fans who have admired these two sensational superstars and have followed their journey since day one. A match of this caliber should not be wasted on Raw or SmackDown and, must be booked properly for an eventual culmination at 'the Grandest Stage of Them All'. Finn Vs Randy has blockbuster written all over it and considering that both the superstars have remained directionless since 2017, it seems ideal for these two to meet each other at the Super Dome and, make a solid statement.

The fans would love this match and have always wanted to see this bout come to life and with the Road to WrestleMania coming close to New Orleans, it would be a creatively designed blockbuster to have these two, tear each other apart. Both the superstars are craving to display their proven versatility in the ring and this year seems like the ideal time to do it.

#1 Samoa Joe Vs Daniel Bryan

<p>
Two of the best tear each other at the Show of Shows

If there's a slight chance that 'the Leader of the Yes Movement' is cleared for full-time in-ring action, then it is ideal that the company will book him in a match against Shane McMahon. There's no denying that both can tell a good story in the ring but, it wouldn't help Bryan's stock who is considered the greatest wrestler of the modern era and, must be booked into something that would be productive & helpful for him as a main event superstar.

This is where someone, like Joe, comes into the picture who has such a phenomenal history with the SmackDown GM and, could definitely produce an instant classic that will be remembered for ages. Since Bryan does not have a legitimate marquee match for WrestleMania considering Nakamura & Styles are already booked for a fight and, it would make damn sense if WWE creatively puts Joe on the forefront and bring him to SmackDown Live in the next draft. A match of this caliber could steal the show and, this is a personal favorite that would not only produce a beautiful story in the ring but, would also bring back Bryan where he belongs.
