WWE fans had an amazing Saturday. The sports entertainment juggernaut hosted two major events on the same day. First, Worlds Collide took place, featuring stars from AAA, RAW, SmackDown, and NXT. After that, Money in the Bank was aired.

Money in the Bank was a great show with five major matches. Naomi and Seth Rollins emerged victorious in their respective Money in the Bank Ladder Matches, Dominik Mysterio successfully defended the Intercontinental Title, and Becky Lynch captured the Women's Intercontinental Championship.

R-Truth also made his celebrated return. He attacked John Cena, even striking the world champion with his own championship belt. It seems quite clear that the issues between the two are far from over.

With that said, Truth may not only be targeting The Face That Runs The Place moving forward. This article will take a look at four potential targets for Truth besides Cena, which could include a social media sensation, a beloved babyface, and more.

Below are four potential targets for R-Truth besides John Cena following his WWE return.

#4. Logan Paul has been united with John Cena lately

Logan Paul is an interesting professional wrestler. He is best known for his antics outside of WWE, as he is a legitimate major celebrity. However, he has surprisingly excelled in pro wrestling and even once held the United States Title.

The Maverick teamed up with John Cena at WWE Money in the Bank. They took on the duo of Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso. Despite having some difficulties getting along, they actually formed a very solid team.

Since the two appear to be united, it makes sense for an angry R-Truth to dislike Logan Paul as well. Additionally, The Maverick is so unbelievably arrogant that it’s not surprising he could become one of Truth's targets.

#3. R-Truth was already dealing with Solo Sikoa prior to leaving

Solo Sikoa is one of WWE's most hated stars. The former NXT North American Champion has led the new Bloodline for most of the past year, with current members including Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and JC Mateo.

Before R-Truth revealed that his contract wasn't being renewed, he was dealing with Solo Sikoa and JC Mateo on WWE SmackDown. In fact, he even lost to Mateo in a short match just days prior to being told he wasn't being kept on moving forward. There was a clear story developing, and now it can continue.

He has even more reason to target Solo Sikoa now after Money in the Bank. Jacob Fatu destroyed the former Tribal Chief and left him lying. This means Solo and his Bloodline have never been weaker. Not only that, but Truth could potentially unite with Fatu, granting the returning star a powerful ally.

#2. Triple H decided not to renew R-Truth's WWE contract

Triple H is a legend in pro wrestling. He is a 14-time world champion and a two-time WWE Hall of Famer. Although he has retired from in-ring competition, he has since taken on the role of Chief Content Officer of the company.

While The Game isn't the main boss in WWE, he oversees talent. It’s likely he has to work within a talent budget and sometimes has to make cuts. With that being said, by all accounts, it was his decision not to renew R-Truth's contract.

If that is indeed the case, R-Truth could surprisingly target Triple H. While he might not physically attack The Game due to his past health complications, Truth could verbally confront The King of Kings and criticize World Wrestling Entertainment as a whole.

#1. He could shockingly attack Cody Rhodes for not helping him at Saturday Night's Main Event

Cody Rhodes is a former Undisputed WWE Champion. He ended Roman Reigns' epic World Title reign at WrestleMania 40, but went on to lose his belt to John Cena at WrestleMania 41.

Cody returned to television after taking time away at Saturday Night's Main Event to save Jey Uso from a beating by Logan Paul and Cena. Interestingly, he did not assist R-Truth in dealing with John Cena earlier in the same WWE show. This could lead to an angry Truth confronting The American Nightmare for not being there to support him.

Not only did Cody not help R-Truth at Saturday Night's Main Event, but he seemingly didn't step in to prevent Truth from losing his job. There is a chance that these factors combined have been weighing heavily on the former United States Champion's mind.
