WWE has undergone a sea of change in the last few months, right from new arena sets to new heels and babyfaces, as well as commentators. But, one thing that's remained constant is "The Guy" of WWE - the face of the company.

Seth Rollins took up the mantle from his friend Roman Reigns, who had to step away from WWE due to his illness. Rollins' reign as the face of the company has been a mixed bag; while he had spectacular matches with Brock Lesnar and made the Universal title prestigious, his comments away from the wrestling ring were not handled in the best way possible.

The former Universal Champion turned on his RAW teammates on the RAW after Survivor Series, blaming them all for the dismal performance that the red brand put up at the PPV. This is hinting towards a heel turn for Rollins, which could mean that a new Superstar could become the face of the brand.

Let's take a look at 4 Superstars who desperately need to replace Seth Rollins as The Guy of WWE in 2020.

#4 Becky Lynch

Some may argue that "The Man" Becky Lynch is already the face of the WWE, following her incredible run to WrestleMania 35, where she won the RAW and SmackDown women's titles. Lynch is possibly the most popular star among the WWE Universe, and has rightfully deserved all the praise that she has got.

Lynch, the current RAW Women's champion, could very well take the mantle of being the face of WWE from her real-life fiance, Seth Rollins. The RAW Superstar is extremely popular with fans, while being a badass in the ring, as well as on the mic.

She's still just 32 years of age and has a lot to offer in WWE, and she - along with the rest of the women in WWE - could break further barriers for the women Superstars, with Lynch leading the way.
