WWE has undergone a sea of change in the last few months, right from new arena sets to new heels and babyfaces, as well as commentators. But, one thing that's remained constant is "The Guy" of WWE - the face of the company.

Seth Rollins took up the mantle from his friend Roman Reigns, who had to step away from WWE due to his illness. Rollins' reign as the face of the company has been a mixed bag; while he had spectacular matches with Brock Lesnar and made the Universal title prestigious, his comments away from the wrestling ring were not handled in the best way possible.

The former Universal Champion turned on his RAW teammates on the RAW after Survivor Series, blaming them all for the dismal performance that the red brand put up at the PPV. This is hinting towards a heel turn for Rollins, which could mean that a new Superstar could become the face of the brand.

Let's take a look at 4 Superstars who desperately need to replace Seth Rollins as The Guy of WWE in 2020.

#4 Becky Lynch

Some may argue that "The Man" Becky Lynch is already the face of the WWE, following her incredible run to WrestleMania 35, where she won the RAW and SmackDown women's titles. Lynch is possibly the most popular star among the WWE Universe, and has rightfully deserved all the praise that she has got.

Lynch, the current RAW Women's champion, could very well take the mantle of being the face of WWE from her real-life fiance, Seth Rollins. The RAW Superstar is extremely popular with fans, while being a badass in the ring, as well as on the mic.

She's still just 32 years of age and has a lot to offer in WWE, and she - along with the rest of the women in WWE - could break further barriers for the women Superstars, with Lynch leading the way.

#3 Daniel Bryan

It seems that Daniel Bryan has possibly turned babyface again, after a year of being a heel, where he held the WWE Championship. Bryan could be in the last few years in the company, as he turns 39 next May.

Bryan, at the height of his popularity, was possibly one of the biggest babyfaces in the history of the business. We could perhaps see him have yet another babyface run and bring back the "Yes! Movement" in WWE.

Bryan speaks eloquently and passionately about a lot of things, and his "Earth Warrior" heel gimmick from earlier this year was a reflection of his real-life persona. To be "The Guy" of WWE, being a locker room leader as well as one who stands strongly for his/her beliefs is important. Bryan certainly ticks those boxes, while his in-ring prowess is perhaps unmatched as well.

He could be the face of the company for the next year or two, have yet another memorable heel run before he hangs up his wrestling boots for good.

#2 Bayley

For a long time, on NXT as well as on RAW and SmackDown, Bayley was the adorable babyface, who put smiles on young fans and was loved universally.

But that changed earlier this year, when she shocked everyone and turned heel, showing a different side of her. This edginess to her character was much-needed as it was becoming stale and she was someone who was never going to be taken seriously.

Her heel turn has breathed new life to her character and there is a possibility of her character evolving into something similar to Becky Lynch's character on RAW and WWE presently. She could be the hero to fans - especially the young fans, but also be someone who won't be walked over by other Superstars.

She's a very good in-ring performer, is marketable, and can be a great brand ambassador for the company. What's more, she's a product of WWE's system, having honed her craft on NXT before garnering the love of fans on both RAW and SmackDown.

#1 Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns, for no fault of his, is disliked by a vocal minority of fans in WWE. Reigns was groomed by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon to follow in the footsteps of The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and John Cena, to be the leader and the face of the company.

And for a long time, he was the face of WWE, being a hero for fans in the ring and away from it. Reigns, despite being booed in arenas and social media, is loved by fans - especially young fans - who seem him as a real-life hero.

His stature in the hearts of his fans grew even further after he returned from his leukemia illness and became an inspiration for several others who have been affected by life-threatening illnesses.

The hate that he gets is uncalled for. He's a good wrestler in the ring, who can tell a story in the ring, conducts himself very well when representing WWE, and is a leader for many in the locker room, as he is for the fans.

I, for one, can't wait to see him headline WrestleMania once again, and perhaps lift a title - an inspirational journey!
