One of the most dominating tag teams in the NXT history, AOP's main roster has been a mixed bag so far. After dismantling opponents and winning championships in NXT, Akam and Rezar finally arrived on RAW after WrestleMania 34. After squashing local talents for a few weeks, the duo did not appear on Monday nights for a few months. Upon returning, they were put in a pointless feud against Titus worldwide.

The duo traded victories with Apollo Crews and Titus O'Neill and this feud turned AOP into just another act on Monday Nights. But things are starting to look up for the duo. After severing their ties with former Manager cum mentor, Paul Ellering, AOP have finally found a new manager in Drake Maverick.

Although they aren't part of any major storylines right now, a team like AOP will undoubtedly help in reviving the ailing tag team division on the red brand.
