The season premiere of WWE RAW next week will take place live from the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It looks like a living legend will be in attendance.
WWE correspondent Jackie Redmond announced that Bret "The Hitman" Hart will be present at the show. This marks Hart's first WWE appearance since the Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event in 2022.
Below are four things Bret Hart could do on Monday Night RAW next week.

#4. Kick-off the show
What could be more fitting than kicking off the episode of Monday Night RAW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with the hometown hero Bret Hart himself?
The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion could deliver an in-ring promo to address the WWE Universe, reflecting on his legendary career and sharing his thoughts on the current state of the Stamford-based promotion under the creative leadership of Triple H.
#3. The Hitman could be present in Natalya's corner
Last week on RAW, Zelina Vega and Lyra Valkyria were outnumbered in a two-on-three brawl against the Pure Fusion Collective trio of Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark.
Later in the show, Valkyria teased a potential return of Natalya next week to even the odds against the Pure Fusion Collective. If a six-woman tag team match does happen with the 42-year-old star's return, her uncle, Bret Hart, could also be by her side for support as he has done on many occasions in the past.
#2. Endorse Sami Zayn on WWE RAW
Last week, Gunther refused Sami Zayn's challenge for a shot at his World Heavyweight Championship. Bret "The Hitman" Hart could make a surprise appearance to confront The Ring General, creating a memorable moment for the fans by having two of the great in-ring technicians from different generations come face-to-face.
The Hitman could cut a promo on Gunther and endorse Sami Zayn as a worthy challenger for The Ring General's World Heavyweight Championship. The 67-year-old veteran could similarly introduce Zayn to how he did years ago when The Underdog from the Underground answered John Cena's United States Championship Open Challenge.
#1. The CM Punk-Drew McIntyre angle
After his loss to CM Punk in a Strap Match at Bash in Berlin 2024, Drew McIntyre made a bold statement last week on Monday Night RAW by brutally attacking the Second City Saint and destroying the bracelet that the latter holds dear. As a result of this vicious assault, the former WWE Champion is highly likely to miss the upcoming episode of RAW.
However, McIntyre could still have something up his sleeve. It is well known that Bret "The Hitman" Hart is CM Punk's idol and childhood hero, with both men sharing mutual respect and admiration. McIntyre could interrupt Bret Hart's segment during the show and confront The Excellence of Execution, potentially even attacking the 67-year-old legend.
This would elevate The Scottish Warrior's rivalry with Punk to a whole new level, setting the stage for the Best in the World's inevitable return to exact revenge on the former WWE Champion.
