4 Things WWE could be planning in October

October is going to be an indispensable month for WWE, as several new changes are expected to occur. With AEW debuting their weekly show this month, WWE is certainly stepping up their game. While NXT is going in a war with AEW's Dynamite, RAW and SmackDown are making some notable changes to their respective products.

SmackDown is moving to the FOX network this week and instead of its familiar Tuesday time slot, SmackDown will be aired on Fridays. Give the popularity of FOX, the Blue Brand is expected to reach new heights.

The Red Brand is also refreshing the product with the season premiere of RAW shaking things up just last night. Moreover, the draft will take place in October, and a number of big names could switch brands this month. Hell in a Cell will also take place in the first week of October, while Crown Jewel will occur in the final week of the month.

Here we discuss four things WWE could be planning for the month of October.

#4 Brock Lesnar wins the WWE Title

Kingston will have a monumental task

The first SmackDown on FOX will be a huge episode with a number of big names. Perhaps the biggest match of the night will be the WWE Championship Match. Kofi Kingston will defend the most prestigious title of SmackDown against Brock Lesnar.

While Kofi Kingston has been an outstanding champion, he has never faced someone like 'The Beast Incarnate.' The New Day member has conquered the likes of Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe, Dolph Ziggler, and Randy Orton. However, Lesnar is on another level altogether and is one of the most dominating Superstars in WWE history.

Lesnar has not been at his best this year and has lost to Universal Champion Seth Rollins twice. He is unlikely to lose again. Lesnar could stop KofiMania, defeating Kingston on SmackDown this week.

#3 Goldberg returns to have a match at Crown Jewel

Crown Jewel is scheduled to take place in the final week of October, as WWE will return to Saudi Arabia. The company already had a show in June this year, which was called Super ShowDown. A number of titanic names were part of that show and the same could happen at Crown Jewel.

Last year, the inaugural Crown Jewel was also held in Saudi Arabia. WWE has already announced that both The Undertaker and Hulk Hogan will be part of this year's event. It will not be surprising if Goldberg also participates at Crown Jewel this year, especially considering he has previously wrestled at Super ShowDown.

Goldberg's last match was at SummerSlam, where he trounced Dolph Ziggler. In fact, Ziggler and Goldberg recently confronted each other at a Las Vegas restaurant. The incident could be a work and part of the Crown Jewel build. Since Goldberg will be a special guest on SmackDown's FOX debut, we could get a hint of his next opponent this week.

#2 Aleister Black starts a new feud with Nakamura

Nakamura is the current Intercontinental Champion, but it is unclear if he will defend his title at Hell in a Cell. 'The King of Strong Style' defended the title at Clash of Champions, where he beat The Miz. Ali fought Nakamura last week, and there is a possibility that the former Cruiserweight Superstar could get a title shot at Hell in a Cell.

The partnership between Nakamura and Sami Zayn has been fantastic, as the latter has been instrumental in Nakamura's recent title defenses. However, Nakamura has yet to face a credible opponent, who could look like a serious threat.

Aleister Black, who has not been on TV for the past couple of weeks, is expected to return after SmackDown's FOX debut. 'The Dutch Destroyer' has been incredible in limited appearances on the main roster. Since making his debut in February, Black is still undefeated and he is sure to be a top Superstar on the Blue Brand. Black could be an ideal challenger for Nakamura, leading to a match at Crown Jewel.

#1 Becky Lynch loses her title

Becky Lynch's astounding run will face a huge threat when she takes on Sasha Banks inside a steel cage at Hell in a Cell. It will be the second-ever Women's Hell in a Cell match. Banks has the added advantage of having competed in the first. It has been a spectacular rivalry between 'The Man' and 'The Boss,' and they are expected to tear the house down at Hell in a Cell.

'The Man' has been on a roll since winning the main event at WrestleMania 35. Lynch overcame Lacey Evans and Natalya, and they never looked like big threats to her RAW Women's Championship. Sasha Banks, on the other hand, is a multi-time Women's Champion and an exceptionally credible opponent.

Banks and Lynch already collided at Clash of Champions, where the latter retained the belt after getting disqualified. Given the two women will wrestle inside the cage, there will be no disqualification and a clear winner will be crowned. 'The Boss' has been a relentless antagonist and has significant momentum. Banks just might dethrone 'The Man,' and become a 5 time World Champion in the process.
