#4 'The New' Daniel Bryan Vs. Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship

This ain't happening

One of the dream matches that was heavily rumored to happen at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey this year was Daniel Bryan Vs. Shawn Michaels.

Since the Showstopper decided to return to the squared circle by teaming up with Triple H at Crown Jewel, many expected HBK to have a solid showdown at the Show of Shows.

While that could have happened, the former WWE Champion ruled out a return and a showdown with the New Daniel Bryan may not happen.

There's no denying that these two Superstars would have brought the house down and since the story is already there, it would have been a perfect send-off for the Heart Break Kid.

Daniel Bryan is having the run of his life and will certainly be featured as a major attraction this year at the Grandest Stage of Them All, but unfortunately, our dream of seeing Bryan tussling out with HBK may just be a dream.
