And the highest-rated match this week came as an accident because it wasn't even advertised. Daniel Bryan and Adam Cole battled it out in the main event of SmackDown in a match that was given enough time to breathe, resulting in what was an instant classic.
Adam Cole would pick up the win, which was a necessary victory to prove that NXT is a truly formidable force and can go up against the best in the main roster. This is a match that could have potentially been the main event of a TakeOver event.

One wonders how many dream main roster vs. NXT matches we will see in the build-up to Survivor Series 2019. I don't think fans would even be upset if we see a repeat of this same match next week as well!
