4. Ending of 1st Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match
This decision showed how little management cared about the women's first Money in the Bank match. The match itself was going great until James Ellsworth showed up to climb the ladder and grab the briefcase to give it to Carmella. So, technically James, a man, became the first ever Ms. Money in the Bank.
WWE had a chance to make history here by letting those women put on a great match before having Carmella win on her own, which they eventually did in the following episode of Smackdown. But they ruined the moment with that insane finish in the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.
It is understandable that they wanted to do something crazy with the match to make it memorable but that finish should not have been the first choice ever.
