Another superstar who astonished the audience by making a solid return was Sami Zayn. The former NXT Champion entered the Barclays Center as a babyface, but quickly displayed his true intentions after losing the Intercontinental Championship match against Finn Balor.

While I love Zayn as an underdog, his ability to shut the crowd is brilliant and could get him to places. Considering the reaction he received tonight for that promo alone was interesting and could very well coerce Mr. McMahon to keep him exclusive to the red brand.

On the other hand, his best friend Kevin Owens is having a hard time finding his footing on the blue brand despite being involved in the WWE Championship feud.
Since he is portraying a very natural babyface at the moment, it seems likely that Owens and Zayn may not be sharing the same brands, with the latter receiving some prominent push as a heel.
