The Undertaker has been a major part of almost all the Wrestlemania events for the last 28 years or so. The Phenom has had more WrestleMania appearances (26) than any other Superstar in the history of WWE. Although his status for a Wrestlemania 35 match is still up in the air, it's almost a certainty that he will appear in some capacity.
Enter Elias now. One of the most over Superstars today. He has excelled both as a heel and a babyface. Although his in-ring work still needs improvement, he backs it up with his control over the crowd.
Over the past few months, Elias has been imitating The Undertaker's classic move, the old-school. In addition to that, the Drifter has also made it clear during his feud with Jeff Jarrett that he doesn't have any respect for the legends.
Now, as over as Elias is, he needs to be featured in a prominent role at WrestleMania. An altercation or a match with The Deadman can surely do wonders for The Drifter. There are a few rumours supporting this feud too. If it is indeed the plan, it will make perfect sense to kick things off tonight. A segment with Elias dissing The Undertaker will definitely be a moment to be witnessed.
