One of the most interesting matchups on the card, which I personally would not have predicted a month ago is between Brock Lesnar and Ricochet for the WWE Championship. The match is a typical David vs Goliath scenario as the former United States Champion has a mammoth task in front of him in the form of the Beast Incarnate.
I have said this multiple times, this match has the potential to be a show-stealer, provided Lesnar wants to have a good match. We've seen how amazing the WWE Champion performs against opponents with a style similar to that of Ricochet. His high-flying offense is sure to perfectly compliment the strong-strike style of Lesnar.
The ideal way to book the match is to let Ricochet have his moments to shine, but ultimately it will be Lesnar who'll come out victorious. After the match, a frustrated Lesnar can take out his anger on a fallen Ricochet, only for his WrestleMania 36 opponent, Drew McIntyre, to make the save.
Remember, it was Ricochet who played a major role in helping the Scottish Psychopath eliminate the Beast Incarnate from the Royal Rumble. He owes him this much! This segment will also be a perfect start to their official WWE Championship feud for WrestleMania 36.
