#2. Former Hurt Business member Shelton Benjamin
Shelton Benjamin is currently considered a veteran in WWE at present, but the talented grappler only made his return to the company around five years ago after initially being fired.
Benjamin was part of the company for more than a decade from 2000 until 2010 when he was fired as part of the post-WrestleMania cuts. The star was then able to make an impact outside of the company for several years alongside Charlie Haas, before WWE came knocking in 2016.

Much like Jinder Mahal, Benjamin was rehired following the brand split but suffered a torn rotator cuff in the summer of 2016, which meant that his return was delayed.
In August 2017, Benjamin was rehired by the company and made his return as Jason Jordan's replacement in American Alpha. He has since won the RAW Tag Team Championships a win that came when he was most recently part of The Hurt Business.
The stable has since disbanded on Monday Night RAW, and Cedric Alexander and Benjamin appear to have gone their separate ways.
