#1 Ronda Rousey
Ronda Rousey has been absent from WWE television since WrestleMania 35 - that's more than a year away from the ring for one of WWE's mega stars in the women's division. Rousey has taken a break from the company due to personal reasons, but she is still contracted with the company.

The former WWE RAW Women's Champion has been a part of the red brand since debuting with the company, but with her not being a part of last year's Draft, she is not assigned to either RAW or SmackDown.
We got an update on the future of Ronda Rousey in WWE, with a report by the Wrestling Observer revealing when the former UFC fighter will return to the company:
"The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that we probably won’t see Ronda Rousey again until at least WrestleMania next year, and maybe not even then."
It remains to be seen if and when Ronda Rousey will return to WWE, and which brand she will feature in. There were reports doing the rounds last year that FOX wants Rousey on SmackDown, which would be a great addition to the blue brand.
