Keith Lee has been portrayed as someone who is a peer and a contemporary of Drew McIntyre, the WWE Champion. When the situation arises, they can slug it out with one another and when the situation demands, they can also team up against a mutual foe in the roster.
Sheamus and Drew McIntyre have been portrayed as the best of friends in the WWE roster, but at the same time, while Drew McIntyre and Keith Lee are cordial, Sheamus and Keith Lee cannot stand one another.
Following his loss to Drew McIntyre, Sheamus and Keith Lee could renew their rivalry following the solid contest they had some time ago, and take each other to the limit in a series of matches. It would allow for either Keith Lee or Sheamus to turn heel and go for the WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre.
WWE doesn't often get a lot of credit for their storylines, but they've done a commendable job in setting this extremely volatile situation up on RAW.
