4) Tommaso Ciampa vs. Kevin Owens
Another WWE Superstar who has a history with Tommaso Ciampa is Kevin Owens. The two men clashed on the independent scene and became friends.
Years later, they fought on the same side at NXT TakeOver: War Games 2019 when Owens returned to NXT to join Team Ciampa in victory over the Undisputed Era.
Owens is also a former NXT Champion and arguably had the most impactful one. The Prizefighter was the first top heel for the babyfaces to overcome during the black-and-gold era for the brand. Owens and Ciampa are both known for their hard-hitting styles and have all the makings of a blistering battle.
3) Tommaso Ciampa vs. Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns is unquestionably the top superstar in WWE. The longest-reigning Universal Champion in history has held the gold for 540+ days.
Heading into his sixth WrestleMania main event in a historic Winner Takes All Match against Brock Lesnar, WWE will have to look at the roster and figure out who to position against Reigns after the Show of Shows.
Ciampa wouldn't be a bad idea at all. He presents a fresh opponent for Reigns and could provide a unique obstacle to overcome. He is relentless, determined, and will never quit. Those qualities work superbly with the way Roman loves to wear down his opposition. The storytelling could be off the charts with these two involved.
