Bianca Belair won the 2021 Royal Rumble and competed in her first main-roster Championship bout at the Elimination Chamber. While she and Sasha Banks were unsuccessful in their bid to dethrone WWE Women's Tag Team Champs Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, they didn't implode as a team.

Instead, the ever-present Reginald inadvertently distracted Banks, leading to the loss for the makeshift team. The Boss and Belair did not attack each other following the loss at Elimination Chamber, but things could change on SmackDown.

Now that they have challenged for the WWE Women's Tag Team belts and lost, they can finally focus on each other. Belair is a member of the Blue brand and has mentioned several times that it would be a dream to face Banks at the Show of Shows.

The two women should be done teaming together, leading to two directions to get to WrestleMania 37. They could remain friendly yet confrontational over the title after the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. It would be a sign of a face vs. a face match but Banks has retained the arrogant persona from her time as a heel. That could lead to a heel turn for The Boss, possibly with Reginald by her side. His reasons for his sudden infatuation with Banks haven't really been explored and it would allow Carmella to operate on her own. However it happens, Banks and Belair will square off for the SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania 37.
