Dean Ambrose is leaving WWE! Let it sink in.

With the news made official by WWE themselves, it leaves us less time to speculate and gives us a clear picture about the future of the Lunatic Fringe. The superstar wasn't happy with his creative direction and that, likely combined with factors we won't' know of, led to him deciding not to renew his contract.

With the road to Wrestlemania now underway, Dean Ambrose's promo this week on Raw teased that he will be involved in a feud with the WWE COO Triple H at the granddaddy of sports entertainment. It leaves us to wonder on who could be the final opponents for the wrestler before he bids adieu to the WWE Universe.

With that in mind, let's look at 5 wrestlers who could be Dean's final opponents:

#5 Seth Rollins

Burn it Down!
Burn it Down!

The former Shield-brothers are known for their amazing in-ring, and mic skills, and with the course of their journey's going separate ways, it needs to be seen if they will step up inside the squared circle against each other again.

This is due to the fact that Seth Rollins is currently in a feud with Bobby Lashley, and will commence his story with Brock Lesnar after Elimination Chamber.

It is one of the reasons why I have listed him at the last number, as there is a feeble possibility of them stepping inside the ring against each other anytime soon. While no one would mind a match between them, the fact that the company wants to build Seth Rollins as the next big thing, and Dean will be out of the company soon, there is the least possibility that these two will lock horns before Dean calls it his journey in the WWE.

Do you want to see them burn the house down with their match?

#4 Drew McIntyre

Put on a clinic!
Put on a clinic!

He is the chosen one and has been on a roll since his return to the main roster. While he was involved in a tag team competition and storyline until he turned on Dolph Ziggler, and started his own journey.

The Scottish Psychopath was locking horns with The Kingslayer until The Lunatic Fringe returned at Summerslam last year to even the odds. He hasn't been in one on one action much with Drew McIntyre, but we all know that when a Lunatic Fringe and a Psychopath step between the ropes, we are in for a treat.

Let's hope that the company decides to put him in a storyline because he is working without any direction, and that's not a good sign for such a talented wrestler. He can definitely be involved in a championship storyline later on, but for now, this needs to happen so that Drew McIntyre can pick the pieces of what went down at Summerslam.

#3 Braun Strowman

Get these Hands, Dean!
Get these Hands, Dean!

Dean Ambrose has faced a lot of performers during his time in the WWE, but nothing compares to facing a monster one on one inside the squared circle.

The Monster Among Men Braun Strowman is over with the fans and knows how to bring out the best from his opponents, so it would be nice to see him fight it out with the Lunatic Fringe. A dive between the ropes by Dean followed by a running powerslam by Braun Strowman will make way for some good, physical competition.

This is the best way to bring Braun into a solid storyline because the Monster Among Men has been in some irrelevant matches and stories.

He is over with the fans, and a match between them will be a good sell for any show before WrestleMania. This could set the tone for a great match between these two at Fastlane.

#2 Bobby Lashley

Dominate, Bobby!
Dominate, Bobby!

Bobby Lashley is called The Dominator for a reason and he knows how to inflict pain on his opponents. While Dean Ambrose embraces pain, thanks to his Lunatic image, he can be a great opponent for Bobby before ending his journey with the WWE.

A match between these two will be a treat for the fans because Bobby Lashley is all muscle, while Dean Ambrose is swift in his approach and knows how to inflict pain as well as fly high within and beyond the ropes.

The performance by these two at any pay-per-view or normal show will be an instant hit, and no one would feel bad if these two push the opponent to the limit.

After all, the company and fans love good entertainment, and there's nothing better than a match between two experienced wrestlers between the ropes. The match can be anyone's game but will be a treat for all.

#1 Triple H

Time to fight the Game!
Time to fight the Game!

Triple H suffered an injury after WWE Crown Jewel, but it seems like The Game is back and is currently training for a match at the grandest stage of them all. With Dean Ambrose interrupting and hurling retorts at WWE COO during this week's episode of Raw, it is a possibility that Dean Ambrose will face Triple H at the grandest stage of them all.

With Dean Ambrose questioning Hunter's authority, it is a possibility that the match will officially turn into a career versus office-role stipulation, which would see Triple H come out victorious so that he can keep his position, while Dean Ambrose would leave the company after losing the match, but keep his head high in the process.

The match will have great buildup, considering the fact that Hunter needs to take over as the WWE CEO soon. This could really be the pedestal for his official journey to the position.
