Cena and Rollins crossed paths on multiple occasions

John Cena is the most decorated WWE Superstar of this era with 16 WWE Championships under his belt. He is only one WWE Championship away from beating Ric Flair's record for the most reigns as WWE Champion.

Cena made his WWE debut in 2002 and did not make his mark until 2005. He won his first WWE Championship at WrestleMania 21 and moved to Raw a few months thereafter.

Likewise, Seth Rollins made his WWE debut in 2012 as a part of the Shield. But he did not make an impact until 2015 when he became the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

His reign as Champion was the most entertaining reign in recent memory. He did an exceptional job in portraying the role of a heel Champion.

Though he is not being booked like his Shield-brother Roman Reigns, the fans hold the architect way higher than Reigns.

It won't take long for WWE to realize this and push Rollins as the next top face of the company. Rollins has all it takes to replace Cena and carry the company in the days to come.
