Kurt Angle announced on an episode of Monday Night Raw that he would wrestle the last match of his career at WrestleMania 35. This didn't come as a huge shock, because he is already a WWE Hall of Famer and his time to hang up the boots was seen coming. What was a huge shock, however, was when Kurt Angle revealed who his opponent will be!

Baron Corbin, of all people, is scheduled to face The Olympic Gold medalist at The Showcase of the Immortals. If that's not underwhelming for you, I don't know what is. The WWE Universe was expecting Angle's opponent to be a 'high profile' superstar such as the 16-time World Champion John Cena.

According to rumors, WWE is reconsidering Kurt Angle's WrestleMania opponent because they didn't expect this kind of backlash from fans. I don't know what WWE was thinking. The company will be making a huge mistake if they go on with this match because nobody wants it. The best thing they can do is to replace Corbin with John Cena.
