John Cena was the number 1 contender for the WWE title and both characters were as opposite as can be. JBL was the millionaire wrestler, who looked down at people with no money, always cocky. John Cena was the ostentatious common man, whom JBL despised.

The feud between them was epic, with even a bloody “I Quit” match, which was perhaps John Cena’s greatest matches in his career.
