#1 Claymore Kick (Drew McIntyre)

This move is terrifying
This move is terrifying

Drew McIntyre has had one of the best character developments over the last year in the company, and it feels like it's a sheer matter of time before he challenges, and actually wins, a championship. He is one of the favorites to win the MITB contract ladder match.

McIntyre was brought back to the company in 2017 and adopted 'Scottish Psychopath' gimmick, which suits him much more than the 'Chosen One' gimmick he had in his previous stint in WWE.

Every top heel should have a dangerous looking move in his armory, a move which has an 'outta-nowhere' feel which can be used to sneak attack babyfaces to further storylines, a move which can end the match in an instance, with one moment of brilliance. The Claymore Kick is all of the above, and more.

The Claymore Kick involves McIntyre charging in, slide diving and hitting the head of the opponent so hard that you feel genuinely concerned for them. Moreover, the stark voice of the leg hitting head makes it even more believable. The Claymore can be used on any type of opponent and showcases McIntyre's athletic ability to lift so high from the ground, something that doesn't seem obvious when you look at his 6ft 5inches, 265 lbs build.

McIntyre is the most threatening heel in the company right now, and the time will soon come when he will hit the Claymore on a champion for 1..2..3. Maybe that champion will be Seth Rollins, but only time will tell.
