Besides his two matches against The Rock, many fans have expected John Cena to win every bout he’s involved in. No matter how hard the WWE try, the 16-time world champion can never ever be portrayed as an underdog, he’s too much of a legend to be billed as one. So it’d come as no surprise if the 40-year old were to have his hand raised in Brooklyn.
The win doesn’t do much for Cena but at least it would put to bed his inexplicable losing streak at Summerslam.
On the other hand, many wouldn’t be happy with him losing cleanly, but the fact he got to wrestle with the greatest of all time should be some consolation for the WWE Universe. Besides, Corbin has won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and Money in the Bank in the space of 2 years, I'm sure he'll be fine.
