It has been used in various ways by wrestlers to inflict pain on their opponents. The cage has also been a stage for many memorable spots that have taken place over the years.
The chamber previously belonged to the No Way Out pay-per-view until WWE made another one with the event's name dedicated to the structure.
For a long time, WWE only used it for holding main title matches, but that has changed in recent years. The tag titles have been defended inside the chamber, as well as No. 1 contender contests for the top titles of WWE.
