#2 The Miz attempts to cash in his MITB briefcase at Survivor Series

The Miz is the Money in the Bank briefcase holder, and he has been threatening to cash it in over the last few weeks. Survivor Series could the place where he does it as WWE Champion Drew McIntyre takes on Universal Champion, Roman Reigns in what will be an intense and physical affair.

Reigns and McIntyre got in each other's face last week, and their chemistry was off the charts. It may have foreshadowed the title match on RAW between Orton and McIntyre, but it was clear that the Tribal Chief versus the big Scotsman was the match WWE wanted to take place at Survivor Series.

There can be little doubt that McIntyre and Reigns have been two of the best booked WWE wrestlers in years. Both champions are on incredible runs and have carried the company through the pandemic-era.

With both Reigns and McIntyre being set up so impressively over the last several months it is hard to envisage either of them losing the match. Therefore, a cash-in for The Miz seems very likely.

The Miz could cash in his MITB briefcase at Survivor Series

Ever since The Miz defeated Otis at Hell in a Cell to get the briefcase, he has been very bold about cashing it in. In fact, Miz has been so brave that he got in the face of McIntyre before his title match against Randy Orton on the most recent episode on RAW.

As both champions have been booked so strong, it isn't easy to pick a clear favourite to win. Therefore, an attempted cash in from The Miz at Survivor Series would be a logical distraction and a way out of the match without having either champion take the loss. The Miz's cash in, however, may not be successful and could result in him getting beaten up and cause a no-contest finish between the two champions.
