#4 Sets up a face vs. heel dynamic in the main event of Survivor Series with Randy Orton gone

Randy Orton and Roman Reigns are two very different kinds of heels, but regardless, they are both heels. What this means is that had Roman Reigns and Randy Orton clashed at Survivor Series this weekend, the audience at home wouldn't have had anyone to root for in the clash of champions.

And the worst part is that because of the nature of pro wrestling, the audience would perhaps have decided that one of the two men was less evil and turned either Randy Orton or Roman Reigns heel in the process.

Roman Reigns is in the midst of the best heel turn of his life, and the same could be said for Randy Orton as well, and neither man can ill afford a face turn at this point in time.

With Drew McIntyre in the main event match at Survivor Series, it is very clear who the face is and who the heel is, and the crowd can now cheer their favorite Scotsman on.
