Dolph Ziggler has been a permanent fixture of the WWE Card for the better part of the last decade and a half. He has been working a rigorous WWE schedule, with him taking breaks only in the last year.

Until then, he was one of WWE's most consistent performers, and given his lack of injury turned up regularly for almost all of their shows.

WWE hosts WWE RAW and WWE SmackDown Live, as well as occasional WWE pay-per-views. However, on top of that, they also host WWE Live Events all across the continent of North America -- when they are not touring. While touring, they even visit Europe, Japan, Australia, and other locations, including most recently sometimes, China and India.

Such is WWE's global expansion, the WWE Superstars are forced to perform the year round, and be away from their families. With such a schedule keeping them busy, they hardly ever focus on their own lives, as a result of which they might suffer.
