So far, most of the Brock Lesnar rivalries have been booked in a similar manner where the underdog tries to overcome the sheer power of the Beast Incarnate, and most of them fail to take him down. Be it Ricochet, Finn Balor, AJ Styles, Kofi Kingston, or any of the previous victims of our WWE Champion, not many can claim to assert the kind of dominance on him that the Scottish Psychopath did tonight.

But Drew McIntyre is not your usual underdog. He is no underdog actually, and tonight's segment of him destroying Brock Lesnar was a proof of the same. This is not your usual David and Goliath storyline but the one where Goliath has met an opponent, equally as powerful and dominating as himself.

I completely agree with this booking as portraying McIntyre as an underdog won't go well with his character, potentially even hurting it. He is someone who does not back down from a fight, and this clash with Brock Lesnar will be the biggest fight of his life. Will he able to dethrone the Beast Incarnate? I guess we'll have to wait till WrestleMania to find that out!
