This is basically a continuation of the earlier point. Right now, one of the biggest complaints against WWE is their inability to create new stars that can make the company less reliant on legendary old-timers.

WWE often rely on legends, who are now part-timers, to come back and create a buzz. The likes of Goldberg and Undertaker are going to make a return for the Saudi Arabia show -while it does get the fans excited, it is not really a great move for the longer term.

WWE need to build huge stars. Right now, only very few Superstars could be put in the top tier and McIntyre is not one of them just yet. The loss to Reigns at WrestleMania put him further away from that, but they can build him into the face of WWE with a well-managed title run.
