#4 To separate RAW and SmackDown

WWE RAW and WWE SmackDown Live have not really had any difference at all lately, ever since the Wildcard Rule was introduced by Vince McMahon.

Both brands' Superstars have been on the other brand. At the moment, Alexa Bliss, a RAW Women's Star, is in a feud against Bayley -- the SmackDown Women's Champion.

While the storyline might be good, this means there is a whole roster of women who are being overlooked. Providing two separate heads of creative in both brands would help to keep them apart.

The time is approaching that Vince McMahon will be spending less and less time in WWE. With the XFL coming up, a large part of the Chairman's attention will be diverted to the football league. This would lead to WWE being overlooked.

Having two people as capable as Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff in charge of the two brands will allow him to concentrate on XFL without worrying.
