#4: Fozzy

While Fozzy formed in 1999, over 20 years ago, and released its self-titled album in 2000, the band fronted by Jericho has not had its name trademarked all of this time. In fact, "Fozzy" was trademarked for web-hosting in 2013 and 2014 and for "action skill games simulating American football" in 2016 by different people.

Team Jericho to the rescue on this one, as on March 2, 2020 as their filing covers recorded music, live appearance and apparel purposes. This trademark filing comes with a "first use" claim and is currently unopposed.

#5: Painmaker Posse

Prior to landing up in All Elite Wrestling, Chris Jericho was widely known as "The Painmaker". And he trademarked "The Painmaker" as of October 21, 2019 for appearance purposes.

But, you may not have realized that Jericho also trademarked the "Painmaker Posse" name. This one was filed on February 27, 2020 and focuses on apparel, namely bandanas, hats, hooded sweatshirts, pants and shirts. This trademark filing is currently unopposed and comes with tags of "first use" and "first use in commerce" designations.

So between the "Flim-Flam," "The Bubbly Bunch," "The Inner Circle," "Painmaker Posse" and Fozzy trademarks filed for by Jericho and crew -- and that's not all of them filed within the past few years -- it's safe to say that Jericholics have many years of great Chris Jericho-related merchandise coming our way.
