Few professional wrestlers, if any, have been innovative to the extent of All Elite Wrestling's inaugural World Champion Chris Jericho.

Not only did Jericho make his in-ring debut 30 years ago in 1990 and capture major titles in multiple promotions around the world, but he has further crossed over into mainstream success thanks to his work as an actor, author, musician, podcaster, and television host.

As of late, Jericho has not only been keeping busy with AEW, putting the finishing touches on the next Fozzy album, hosting Talk Is Jericho and appearing every Saturday on the Saturday Night Special via Facebook Live, but he also continues to pop up on a variety of other people's programs, like this week's The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs.

Jericho, who spoke with me for Sportskeeda earlier in the week, also regularly has his entrepreneureal hat on when it comes to protecting his intellectul property. In other words, the man has been on top of filing trademarks via the United States Patent & Trademark Office over the years.

Below and on the following pages are 5 of Jericho's most recent USPTO filings, ensuring that the "Gifts Of Jericho" indeed remain credited to Chris Jericho.

#1: Flim Flam

The origins of the "Flam Flam" dance are not widely known, but viewers of AEW Dynamite did see all of the members of The Inner Circle participate in a Jericho-initiated Flim Flam Challenge. And countless responses videos have already shown up on YouTube.

On April 19th, prior to the airing of the latest edition of the Bubbly Bunch segment on Dynamite, Jericho had filed a trademark for "Flim Flam". This trademark filing falls under the apparel banner and includes bandanas, hats, hooded sweatshirts, pants, shirts, and sweatshirts.

This trademark filing is presently active and does not have any opposition.

#2: The Bubbly Bunch

Speaking of The Bubbly Bunch and their "flim-flam"-ing, Chris Jericho has also filed a trademark for "The Bubbly Bunch". This trademark specifically applies to apparel like bandanas, hats, hooded sweatshirts, pants, shirts, and sweatshirts, as filed on April 19, 2020, the same day he had applied for said "Flim Flam" trademark.

It claims to be a "first use" and is surprisingly limited only to the entertainment and wrestling spectrums, per its USPTO listing:

"Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestlers and sports entertainers in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes."

This trademark filing is currently active and unopposed.

#3: The Inner Circle

And while on the topic of The Inner Circle (which Jericho told Sportskeeda that he views avoiding many of the pitfalls of the nWo earlier this week), Chris Jericho has trademarked that name also. That one matches the earlier-mentioned "The Bubbly Bunch" USPTO filing in terms of applying to the following wrestling and entertainment-oriented criteria, but is not focused on apparel.

In the words of the filing itself, The Inner Circle's trademark filing applies as follows:

"Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network".

Team Jericho filed this one way back on October 21, 2019, just weeks after Dynamite premiered. It was published for opposition as of March 17, 2020.

#4: Fozzy

While Fozzy formed in 1999, over 20 years ago, and released its self-titled album in 2000, the band fronted by Jericho has not had its name trademarked all of this time. In fact, "Fozzy" was trademarked for web-hosting in 2013 and 2014 and for "action skill games simulating American football" in 2016 by different people.

Team Jericho to the rescue on this one, as on March 2, 2020 as their filing covers recorded music, live appearance and apparel purposes. This trademark filing comes with a "first use" claim and is currently unopposed.

#5: Painmaker Posse

Prior to landing up in All Elite Wrestling, Chris Jericho was widely known as "The Painmaker". And he trademarked "The Painmaker" as of October 21, 2019 for appearance purposes.

But, you may not have realized that Jericho also trademarked the "Painmaker Posse" name. This one was filed on February 27, 2020 and focuses on apparel, namely bandanas, hats, hooded sweatshirts, pants and shirts. This trademark filing is currently unopposed and comes with tags of "first use" and "first use in commerce" designations.

So between the "Flim-Flam," "The Bubbly Bunch," "The Inner Circle," "Painmaker Posse" and Fozzy trademarks filed for by Jericho and crew -- and that's not all of them filed within the past few years -- it's safe to say that Jericholics have many years of great Chris Jericho-related merchandise coming our way.
