WWE is a global brand now and more often than not, the company likes to have a local connect for every market. If you remember Jinder Mahal's rise to power, it was to consolidate and gain a foothold in the massive Indian market, which is a pretty big source of revenue for the company in terms of TV rights. Similarly, The Latin American market has been an area of focus for Vince McMahon and his cohorts for many years now.

WWE tried to make Alberto Del Rio the face of this marketing move, but Del Rio's runs never panned out the way the should have. They have a chance to right the wrong with Andrade. So far, there haven't been any real issues with Andrade from a backstage perspective.
Breaking Vince Russo and Jim Cornette update HERE.
With Andrade as a future WWE Champion, I'm certain WWE could take over Latin America. Their already loyal fanbase may be thrilled to have a reigning WWE Champion they can call their own.
