While I'm sure many won't agree with McIntyre being placed so high up on the list, I do feel that 2018 will be remembered as the year Drew McIntyre broke through.

Instead of cribbing about not being treated correctly, Drew McIntyre started making a name for himself on the independent circuit, performing for promotions such as Evolve and Impact Wrestling.
He returned to WWE as part of the developmental brand NXT in 2017 and quickly made a mark for himself there, even winning the NXT Championship.
He joined the main roster on RAW in April 2018 being paired with Dolph Ziggler. The Scottish Terminator has become a force to be reckoned with and continued to impress everyone with his improved charisma and in-ring skills.
