Drew McIntyre is one of the most over wrestlers in WWE right now. His rise to the top began at WWE Royal Rumble 2020. When he kicked Brock Lesnar out of the ring, fans knew that "The Scottish Psychopath" was destined for greatness.

After that star-making moment, it was only a matter of time before McIntyre took his rightful place atop WWE RAW. That night, he won the Royal Rumble Match, amd he entered a heated feud with Lesnar. Then, in the main event of WrestleMania 36, McIntyre defeated "The Beast Incarnate" to win the WWE Championship.

McIntyre's championship run has been a little rocky. He was booked strongly until he lost the belt to Randy Orton. But McIntyre quickly won the title back, so he is firmly entrenched as the top star on WWE RAW.

"The Sexy Scotsman" is a natural babyface. Everything about him screams that he was born to be an iconic WWE Superstar. Plus, he has been the ideal role model, and WWE often uses him to deliver important messages. Last week on WWE RAW, McIntyre was the first in-character wrestler on WWE programming that addressed COVID-19.
