What is the next logical step? To make a name for yourself on the indie circuit, yes? And, that’s exactly what Alberto Del Rio – now known as Alberto El Patron – did.
He is now the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion in Impact Wrestling. So, what exactly is the problem? Well, the problem is that El Patron is fond of going off on drunken rants against his former employers. Nothing wrong with that, we’ve all done it in our homes. But, the stupidity comes in when he records these videos and uploads them to the internet.
The kicker in this deal is that his fiance, Paige – who regularly appears in these videos by his side – is still an employee of the WWE and is one of the most gifted women on the roster. This might well derail her promising career.
