Every competition needs an underdog, and Finn Balor is one man who can arrive at a fight looking like an underdog but pick up the win with ease.

Balor was a part of the ‘main roster’ not too long ago, but a loss to ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt caused him to return to NXT where he was once the longest reigning NXT Champion, and turn heel.

While Balor has made the Black & Gold brand his home now, there is no doubt that he can arrive at the Royal Rumble and take the win by outlasting 29 other men.

In 2018, Balor was the second man in the Rumble and lasted almost an hour before he was eliminated by John Cena towards the end of the match. Last year, Balor did not compete in the Rumble match as he took on Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble PPV.

This year if Balor decides to participate in the Rumble, we could watch him get a massive pop from the WWE Universe as many ‘main roster’ fans are missing the Superstar and are waiting to see him compete.

Balor could give fans a moment to remember by eliminating some fan-favorites to ensure that he receives more heat and becomes a bigger heel character by the end of it.
