Giving the rub!
Passing the torch is an old-age tradition in professional wrestling and it's no different in the current era. Whether it was Seth Rollins with The Kliq or even harking back to Hulk Hogan putting over The Rock at WrestleMania 18, there are times where it works very well. Even recently, having Bray Wyatt's The Fiend attack WWE Superstars like Mick Foley and Kurt Angle is a step in the right direction.

But truth be told there were elements of this in the Attitude Era but it was subtle and wasn't made so apparent as it is in the current product. That is something current WWE Creative can learn from earlier eras on how to handle WWE Legends today. While WWE legends should be given the respect they deserve, it should not come at the expense of the younger talent.

My love of professional wrestling has been a journey. When I look back at my life, I realize that it's always been there in the background. While there were years where I stopped following it, I don't think I ever stopped loving it.
I have always been writing, and I have honed my skillset over the years, writing for various newspapers, publications, and other entertainment websites. Wrestling is just a happy accident and coincided with my falling back in love with the genre, with the rise of AEW.
Wrestling is physical storytelling and stories; they make us fly! I recount those stories through analytical features and news that come out of it.
