WWE's Twitter handle has just announced that WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg is all set to make his SmackDown Live debut next week!

Goldberg made his WWE debut way back in 2003, on the night after WrestleMania 19. The former WCW Superstar immediately went on to begin a feud with The Rock, ending with Goldberg finishing him off at Backlash 2003.

The run ended with Goldberg defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 20. His WWE run wasn't something he was proud of, and fans speculated that they had seen the last of Bill Goldberg in a WWE ring. But as they say, never say never in wrestling!

Goldberg came back in 2016 and squashed Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018. Around a month ago, WWE announced that Goldberg will be returning to WWE for a dream match against The Undertaker at Super ShowDown. Now, he'll be making his way to the SmackDown Live brand for the first time ever. Let's look at 5 things that could happen on Tuesday.

#5 Goldberg's son will accompany him, as he gives a heartfelt speech

The Master of the Spear left WWE on the Raw after WrestleMania 33, and addressed the live crowd, stating that he was proud to perform in front of his son. Goldberg finished off his speech by saying that although he is leaving, one can never say never in pro-wrestling.

He could quite possibly come out with his son, talking about how Gage always wanted to see his dad wrestle possibly the greatest Superstar in WWE history, The Undertaker.

Goldberg hasn't hidden the fact that he came back to wrestling just for his son to see him wrestle. The dream match could be promoted by him as another one of his son's longtime wishes that he wants to see come true.

#4 The Undertaker plays mind games with Goldberg

Whenever fans talk about The Phenom, one thing always comes in mind, and that's how The Undertaker effectively invades the mind of his opponent during a feud.

Remember The Undertaker's legendary feud with Randy Orton that lasted over a year in 2005? The rivalry came to an end with The Deadman finishing off Orton inside Hell in a Cell. The buildup to their contest saw Undertaker taking over the mind of WWE interviewer Josh Mathews, to intimidate Orton, followed by several such spooky tactics.

On Tuesday, we could possibly see The Undertaker make a rare appearance and try to get inside the mind of Goldberg, before the highly-anticipated match at Super ShowDown. When it comes to playing mind games with an opponent, there's no one who can match The Undertaker.

Prepare for a segment that might see Taker trying to intimidate Goldberg to get an edge over him before the match. The question is, what The Undertaker could possibly do to frighten the one who hasn't a shred of fear in him?

#3 The Undertaker eats a thunderous Spear

If WWE is planning to give us a confrontation between the two legends, there's no way it will end with the two of them doing absolutely nothing. The Undertaker and Goldberg faced off in the Royal Rumble match in 2017 and the crowd went wild for it. It didn't end with the two going into a brawl as they were sneak attacked by other Superstars.

Goldberg's appearance on SmackDown Live could lead to a much-awaited face-off. Now if WWE is planning for The Undertaker to bag a win on June 7th, this could heighten the chances of him getting put down on SmackDown Live.

There's a possibility that Goldberg could take him by surprise and hit a Spear to make a big statement days before the dream encounter. This would result in The Undertaker wanting to exact revenge in Saudi Arabia, leading to a win over Goldberg at the event.

#2 Goldberg actually wrestles a match

The first-ever appearance of Goldberg on the blue brand might lead to him actually wrestling a short match on the show. This could be an excellent choice, considering how Goldberg's bouts don't eat up a lot of time, and he manages to wake a dead crowd up by simply doing his usual shtick inside the squared circle.

WWE could let Goldberg take on a jobber in a match that won't be lasting more than a few seconds. A Spear followed by a Jackhammer will end things quickly and give the fans a taste of what The Undertaker could possibly have in store for him on June 7th.

Hopefully, WWE actually feeds a lower-carder to Goldberg, instead of a mid-carder or a top name. There's no reason to bury a big name just to make Goldberg look dominant before his match at Super ShowDown.

#1 Goldberg is tombstoned

In case The Undertaker actually appears and decides to confront his Super ShowDown opponent, we might get to see one of the biggest Superstars of all time getting tombstoned by The Undertaker.

A short segment could see the two Superstars exchanging a few words. The segment ends with Goldberg approaching The Undertaker for a face-off similar to the one we saw two years ago in the Royal Rumble match.

Only this time, Goldberg gets what has been coming to him for a long time. A deadly Tombstone Piledriver puts him down to end the show with The Undertaker standing tall.

If WWE is planning to give Goldberg a win over The Undertaker in his return match, the segment on SmackDown Live should end with The Phenom taking him down, to add a much-needed sense of intrigue to the eventual match.
