Like Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley, some feuds just don't need a title on the line to make them relevant, in my opinion. Brock Lesnar is such a big-name draw, who's been presented as a top star right from the time that he made his debut that almost anything that he's a part of will be a big deal.

And therefore, I wouldn't be surprised if he goes on to have matches against the likes of Tyson Fury and Cain Velasquez without the WWE Championship on the line. One may go so far as to say that the WWE product does not need a part-time WWE Champion anymore.
